Process: ingot → heat → forging → heat treatment (normalizing + tempering) → inspection → rough machining → UT → 2nd heat treatment → finishing machining → inspection → Peeling – Straightening – Heat treatment – Grinding 3 times – Straightening – Grinding 2 times – Polishing Ra0.2 – Chrome plating – Polishing Ra0.2 – Finished products
Heat treatment: Normalized / Annealed / Quenched / tempered
Delivery condition: Hot forged + Rough machined (black surface after Q/T) + Turned (optional)
Inspection Equipments: Metallurgical analysis, Tensile strength tester, Hardness tester, Altimeter, Scale Micrometer, pressure tester, etc.
Material: carbon steel or alloy steel
